Larry Beasley said his goal was to make density both livable and loveable through urban design and sustainability. Sadly this approach has been forgotten. Just look at proposals for tenfold increase in FSR from 0.6 to 5.8 along portions of the Broadway Corridor. There's nothing loveable about this.
